claire is three!

I truly can’t believe how much Claire has grown up since I saw her last summer.  Granted, she was two years old then.  And two year olds are the most difficult age to photograph (in my opinion) because they’re too young to articulate what they want, have basically no attention span, hate following instructions, and don’t take bribes!

It’s amazing how much changes in just one year because at three years old, Claire loved the camera!  In fact, at the end of the shoot, she said to me that she’d like to take some more photos [music to my ears]!

Here are a few of my favorite photos from the session…

Boy, it was a HOT one.  We met at Como Conservatory so that we’d have access to air conditioning… but as many of you know, Como is hardly a ‘cool’ space (temperature wise).  It may have actually been warmer inside the conservatory!  So, thank you Claire & family for being fabulous sports!

Here are a few of Claire enjoying time with her dad, mom and grandparents!

And one quick ‘out-take’ because it makes me laugh.  I love Claire’s facial expression on the right… ‘oh, please, lady… you are sooooo not as funny as you think!’

Claire, thanks for braving the 95 degree weather & for a great session!  It was great to see you again!
