Casey V is moving to ND!

The phone call came the morning of October 29th.  It was the admissions department of Notre Dame, calling my husband John, to let him know he’d been accepted into Notre Dame’s MBA program.

We were so happy.

It was the news we’d been hoping for for months.

But in the back of my mind was this nagging question… “How am I going to leave my fabulous clients?”

And now it’s time to formally break the news:   Casey V Photography is moving to South Bend, IN in May.

[Photo taken with my iPhone, using my latest obsession, Instagram.  My camera is currently in the shop getting its annual tune-up.]

What this means…

  • I am moving out of my studio space at the end of February.
  • I will be booking sessions in Minnesota through April.
  • I will have limited availability as we put the house on the market & prepare for the move.

If you want to book a portrait session, please email me!

  • Current studio availability:  2/11, 2/12, 2/25, 2/26
  • March/April (on-location) availability: 3/24, 3/25, 4/14, 4/15
To all of my Minnesota clients-  THANK YOU!  Those two words don’t begin to describe my sincere gratitude for your help & support in making my dreams a reality.
If you know anybody in South Bend area, please pass my info along to them.  My new dream is to photograph a wedding at the Notre Dame Basilica… and I hope that together we can make this happen!  I’m also available to shoot weddings in Chicago or Milwaukee.  [Heck, who am I kidding... I'm willing to travel pretty much anywhere!]

[...] I opened up a little ‘pre-sale’ last night to Facebook fans that indicated interest.  AND THEY BOOKED ALL TIME SLOTS WITHIN ONE HOUR.  Blew my mind.  I’m so grateful for the immense amount of support that you guys have shown through our little move to Indiana. [...]

[...] the last 3+ months, I got distracted and forgot to actually BLOG THEM!  [should I blame it on the move?  or the pregnancy?]  Either way, I feel like a terrible [...]

[...] been a little quiet around here [on the blog, that is].  Ever since I announced that we are moving to Indiana in May, business has been really slow.  Foolishly, I had expected things to stay busy in March [...]
